oh the pests...

We have finally finished the roach treatments on all of the properties. We are now in the process of hiring a new on-site manager for each one....and, let's just say that out of the last 10 that we have sent by the properties, only 2 have returned and said they are interested. And, what part of THIS IS A PART TIME JOB do you not understand??!? It amazes me how many people utterly fail to read and/or comprehend the job description--even when I email it a second time! We have had SO many people asking if we have benefits....not for a $200 rent credit!
